Mark works with the Vice Principals to provide overall leadership of St Hild College. He leads modules in Biblical Theology and Leadership.

Dr Daniel McGinnis
Daniel oversees St Hild Sheffield. He leads modules in Bible in Context and New Testament Greek.
Vice Principal
Dr Janet Williams
Janet oversees St Hild Mirfield and St Hild Online, and has a particular care for ordinands’ residential programmes. She leads modules in Spirituality and Doctrine.
Operations Manager
Rachel McLafferty
Rachel joined St Hild after a career spanning both the charity and faith sectors. She has been involved in organisations that support individuals and families affected by brain injury, learning disability and the consequences of inequality and poverty. Rachel has worked both in the UK and in New Zealand and has a particular interest in fundraising for locally grown services and projects. Prior to joining St Hild, Rachel was Operations Manager for a large Anglican church in Sheffield and has provided support to other faith organisations. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute for Professional Development and an Independent Non-Executive Director at South Yorkshire Housing Association.
