Pip joined St Hild after returning to the North of England, living in Coventry. Her career previously took her to Operations roles in different organisations including a charity working with asylum seekers and refugees; a church and associated foodbank; an independent soup supply business; a church leadership & training organisation and more. She enjoys helping teams keep their eyes on the big picture vision and embrace new opportunities while making sure it’s sustainable and values-driven growth. Pip also speaks French, German and Farsi and loves to connect with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
