Daniel oversees St Hild College. He leads modules mainly in Biblical Studies and teaches across the college.

Janet oversees St Hild Mirfield and St Hild Online, and has a particular care for ordinands’ residential programmes. She leads modules in Spirituality and Doctrine.

Sarah is the Centre Head at St Hild Lincoln.
Centre Head - Sheffield 
Revd Dr Mark Vasey-Saunders
Mark is the Centre Head at St Hild Sheffield and oversees the formation of part-time and full-time Anglican ordinands at St Hild Sheffield. He leads modules in Postgraduate Study Skills, Ethics, Anglicanism, and Preparing for Public Ministry.
Centre Head - Mirfield
Revd Dr Jo Logan
Jo is the Centre Head at St Hild Mirfield. She also plays a role in the formational development of Anglican ordinands based at St Hild Mirfield. She leads modules in Biblical Studies and Preaching.
Dean of Church Planting 
Revd Canon Dr Christian Selvaratnam
Christian is the Dean of Church Planting. He leads the Church Planting Track, teaching on the subject of church planting, growth, revitalisation and church planting movements. Christian is also the founder of the Centre for Church Planting, which supports the development of church planting in the North of England.

Ben oversees the training of Licensed Lay Ministers (Readers) at St Hild and teaches modules in Biblical Studies

Revd Shona Shaw
Shona is an Academic Tutor and leads our Alternative Learning Pathway for Anglican ministry training.
Baptist Formation Programme Leader 
Revd Dr Nike Adebajo
Nike is the Baptist Formation Programme Leader. She is also a regional minister in the Yorkshire Baptist Association, with responsibility for churches in South Yorkshire and Huddersfield and the lead for justice issues in the association.
Academic and Formation Tutor
Dave Horsfall
Dave was an Associate Faculty member with St Hild between 2021 and 2025, teaching Christology, Introduction to New Testament, Mission and Evangelism and Preparing to Learn. In August 2025, he began his role as Academic and Formation Tutor.

Dr Andy Wier
Andy works part-time as a St Hild Academic and Formation Tutor primarily in Lincoln. Alongside his role, he runs a research and consultancy practice.
Director of the Centre for Church Planting 
Revd Dr Alex Harris
Alex is the Director of the St Hild Centre for Church Planting. Alongside this role, Alex is the Yorkshire Baptist Association Regional Minister for Pioneering and Church Planting, specifically responsible for empowering and releasing pioneering, experimentation and innovation in gospel-planting and church creation. He is also co-leader of the Firestarters Network.

Chrissy is the Programme Development Lead for St Hild Centre for Church Planting. She is also the senior minister of Beacon Church, a Baptist church in Stafford, and co-leads the Firestarters Network, which focuses on growing Baptist churches and helping other churches grow.
